DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME FOR SHIPMENTS

All orders purchased before 2pm will be dispatched the next business day. We only use the most trustworthy shipping companies to ship our products. You will receive a tracking number on dispatch of the order. Rates of shipping and estimated delivery times on purchase of your order. The shipping cost of your orders will be calculated and presented during the checkout process. The delivery charge depends upon the number of products ordered and how soon you want them to be delivered to your doorsteps. There are times when delivery delays are unavoidable. Rosevel Aesthetics website delivers to addresses in various parts of the country to suit the client. Nearby orders are dispatched as soon as possible with minimal delivery charges.

FREE SHIPPING POLICY

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders over €400 (excluding VAT). This offer is automatically applied at checkout and applies to standard shipping only.

ORDER TRACKING AND CONFIRMATION OF SHIPMENT

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with your tracking number (s). The tracking number will be initiated after 24 hours of ordering the product from the website. This can help you know about the location and delivery status of the ordered product from time to time.

TAXES, CUSTOMS, AND DUTIES

Our company is not liable for any customs or taxes that may be imposed on Your Order. All fees sustained during or after shipping are the liability of the client (tariffs, taxes).

DAMAGES

Also, our company is not responsible for any damaged or lost transit products. If your order came damaged, don’t hesitate to get in touch with the shipping company to file a claim. Rosevel Aesthetics take NO responsibility for delays in shipping and delivery of goods, nor any consequential financial loss through delayed or failed delivery. Compensation will not be given for any loss incurred due to failed or late deliveries. Please save all packaging materials and damaged products before filing a claim to serve you well and make sure that you receive a 100% of the refund.

LOST PACKAGES

Rosevel Aesthetics is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit although we will do our best to provide support to our customers in these situations.
