RETURN POLICY

Our company’s return and refund policy has been designed according to the convenience of both client and the seller. We ensure you that all our goods are of high quality and at the best price. However, if You are not happy with a purchase, please examine our Refund and Return Policy.

The following terms apply to any products You have purchased from Us.

We are happy to refund any order if the item is in the same condition unused and undamaged.

Returns of products that have been damaged or opened are non-refundable.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If, after taking delivery of the goods, you find that an item is defective, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in good condition, with the seal unbroken. Ensure the following conditions are met for the goods to be returnable:

  • The items were delivered to you in the last 14 days.
  • The items are still in their original packaging.

The following items are not returnable:

  • Goods that deteriorate quickly or have passed their expiration date.
  • Unsealed goods, not acceptable for return due to health or hygiene concerns.

We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise returns.

RETURNING GOODS

You, the buyer, must make sure that the goods are in perfect condition before using them. While you have a right to return and refund, if the item returned is not in ‘new’ condition, and within 14 days from the date of delivery, the return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we do not cover the cost of return.

The expense and risk of returning the Goods to Us are your responsibility. The Goods should be sent to the following address: Rosevel Limited, Dean Swift Building Armagh Business Park, Suite 55, 50 Hamiltonsbawn Road, Armagh, Northern Ireland, BT60 1HW.

We cannot be held liable for goods that are damaged or lost in transit back to us. As a result, we recommend using a mail service that is insured and trackable. Without actual receipt of the Goods, we will be unable to offer a refund.

Discounted items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Items must be returned unopened and in their original packaging.
There must be no apparent signs of wear or use on returned items.

We will happily process your refund within 10 working days (can be a shorter timeframe)

RETURNS INFORMATION

If you receive a faulty, incorrect or unfit for purpose product, please do not dispose of the product. If the product is disposed of, Rosevel Limited will not be able to refund or replace the product. Please contact our Customer Service team immediately and they can advise on next steps.
