  • Do you offer weekend delivery? Currently, we do not offer regular weekend deliveries. All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are processed on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
  • Can I specify a time for delivery? At the moment, we cannot specify delivery times. Deliveries are typically made during normal business hours. We recommend providing a delivery address where someone is available to receive the package during these hours.
  • What if I’m not home to receive my delivery? If no one is available to receive your delivery at the specified address, the courier will leave a note with instructions for redelivery or pickup from a local depot.
